Prisoner squats- 3 sets, 9 reps
Triceps dips- 3 sets, 9 reps
Inclined pushups (to soy for real pushups)- 3 sets, 9 reps
Biceps Curls- 3 sets, 9 reps ( hurt myself with to much weight so not doing these right now lol)
